religion and me.

To be honest, even with a mildly religious upbringing, I’ve lost my faith in religion. It’s not that I don’t believe in a higher power or forces beyond human understanding, it’s just that the people who have pushed religion onto me have failed…between the preachers who couldn’t keep politics out of the pulpit, the people who have told me to believe in a scripture that they themselves had reneged on in many instances, and the massive crowds who have used religion to serve their own benefits, I find it hard to believe.

I’d elaborate further, but this is as personal as I feel comfortable getting.

I’d say that this would happen in the best-case scenario. I couldn’t imagine what they talk about. I don’t even know how this couple happened…however, if they do decide to do a duets album, they can totally use my album cover design. [Gawker]

GPOYW | I Miss College edish. I used to be involved in student government at CSUF, and we put on a fashion show during spirit week. We ran out of men’s clothes, but there were still a lot of womens’ clothes that had yet to be shown off, so I improvised.
